Hey, I’m Mikhail. I’m glad you’re here.
I've spent the last decade building things. Most recently that meant founding Blue Light Media, growing it to a 15-person team serving 50+ brands, and exiting via acquisition by Hawke Media in 2025. Before that it meant figuring out, brand by brand, how to connect what a company stands for to how it actually grows.
The work I'm most proud of lives at that intersection. When we helped ghd (good hair day) grow it’s brand in the US market, we delivered brand lift, search lift, and ROAS improvement. For Rock the Bells, working alongside LL Cool J's team with partners like Ford, Toyota, and P&G, we cut CPM by 75% and by improving creative performance and our media buying strategy. For Bulletproof, we made science feel human without sacrificing the conversion.
Brand and performance aren't in conflict if you set them up right.
That thinking followed me in-house. At VeSync, parent company of Levoit and Cosori, I rebuilt the paid media and creative infrastructure, cutting CAC and scaling content output while leading the company's first global launch.
I also host OVERSHARING, a podcast I've been running since 2017 on business, life, and what it actually takes to build something.
Most importantly, I'm a person of faith, husband, and proud father of two.
